At Freesat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
